Great location, easy walk to town. Spacious and effective heating. Nice garden with birdwatching. Beautiful river views.
The shower control needed a workout at the gym. Moldy tiles were a lovely touch.

We stayed at this lovely cottage for a few days and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The cottage itself may be a bit dated but it was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. The highlight for us was the beautiful garden, complete with a view of the river and plenty of birdlife to admire. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the high street and all the attractions Pitlochry has to offer. Great river view from the garden and beautiful surroundings. Convenient location within walking distance to the town and restaurants. Enjoyed the spaciousness and effective heating system.
Outdated decor and in need of modernization. Shower control dial was stiff and tiles had mold.

Great location, but it seems like time stood still at Kingfisher Cottage. The decor is a bit outdated, the shower control dial is a workout, and the tiles need some serious love. The oven doesn't work, and hot water is a luxury. Good potential, pity it's neglected.

The room at Kingfisher Cottage was cozy and comfortable, making me feel right at home. The private bathroom with a bath or shower was a nice touch, allowing me to unwind after a long day of exploring. It was a perfect fit for a low-budget traveller like me.
Personally, I found the view from the room to be a little underwhelming. But hey, everyone has different tastes, so others might still enjoy it.
